Thank you all, my GTS friends, for visiting my sister Diane. When you visit Diane you are also
visiting other members of our family who have passed. I've included them on to this page with Di
because Im sure they're altogether again now.
It's wonderful to know there's so much love around and it's just so appreciated to know you are all

Diane (our Di) was sadly diagnosed with a brain tumour in September 04 and passed away in September
05.
These twelve months were heart breaking, but a very special time !! We were there with Diane on the
good days and there for her on the bad. As Dolly says Di - "I'm barely getting through tomorrow,
but still I wont let sorrow bring me way down", and you didn't.. you really didn't. You were so
brave !!
Diane was a very loving person. Could be contrary but then can't we all !! Especially when you are
one of a large family. On the whole a caring, giving person with a heart of gold. She would give you
her last without a second thought.
The life and sole of any get together - Our Di is so sadly missed by family and friends alike.
I know she will be her old self again now, and not the Diane she became due to her illness.
Diane was re-united with other family members who have passed:

.....Sep 1999....Auntie Elvie - Elvie Tranter(Age 78)
.....Nov 2002....Dad - Joe Thompson Age 83)
.....Dec 2003....Brother-in-law Clive Gibbs (Karen's dad)Age 63)
And since we lost our Di ... her niece, Karen Phillips - Feb 2007 (Age 38) (My daughter)

God's Garden
The flowers in God's garden
are wonderful and rare
but there is one so beautiful,
it's quite beyond compare.
God gave to us this flower,
a gift from up above.
"Take great care of this", he said,
so we tended it with love.
It budded here on earth

Hello My Angels
Hi Di, hi Mum and Dad, Rene and Elvie, Nan and Grandad, Clive, our little Jordan, and my darling Karen. Madison and I have been to Margies's this afternoon and we've been looking through some of our old photographs...... and there you all are..... large as life....... smiling and having fun, at our many holidays, and family events..... it was a wonderful afternoon spent with you all and we were so pleased to see you.
Some wonderful memories brought back to us all today my darlings, with some laughs .... and some tears, wouldn't have missed it for the world.
